The Keystone Charities Fund exists to provide resources to individuals, organizations, and groups trying to make a difference in the lives of Pennsylvanians with learning and developmental disabilities.

• We will keep the needs of individuals with developmental and learning disabilities first.
• We will undertake the responsibility of improving the quality of life for others.
• We will always work to accomplish the Foundation's mission through only the most ethical and moral means.
• We will remember that it is our duty to help others.
